A 34-year old man, Kehinde Paul Layode, has been arraigned before a family court in Ikeja for allegedly defiling a three-year old girl (name withheld).
The incident, which happened at 3/5, John Crescent, Igando, Lagos, Southwest Nigeria, was reported at the Igando Police Station.
The accused, if found guilty, risks spending a minimum of five years in jail under the Criminal Laws of Lagos State.
FBI's Most Wanted Nigerian Fraudster, Tobechi Onwuhara Arrested
He is the CEO of a hip hop record label in the state. He lived a life of gambling, strippers, bling and high life of luxury hotels. But behind the glitz and the glamour Tobechi Enyinna Onwuhara was one of the FBI’s most wanted men.
Nigerian-born Tobechi Onwuhara, 33, was “provisionally arrested in response to a request from the United States Government” in December last year, according to a spokeswoman for the Australian Attorney-General’s department.
A spokeswoman for the AG’s department said Mr Onwuhara is to face prosecution in the US for fraud related offences, including identity fraud and computer fraud.

Goldie's Autopsy Result Reveals she died of Hypertension
Report of autopsy carried out at the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital on Goldie has revealed that the music diva died of hypertension. The autopsy was conducted on February 19th and signed by Dr. O. Oyewole, states that she had a “terminal hypertensive heart disease” which resulted in “intracerebellar haemorrhage “ which lead to her death.
