DMX has been hit with a lawsuit by one nightclub. claiming DMX took cash for a groove but never showed.
Owls Nest Sports Lounge filed the suit in South Carolina court, claiming it hired DMX to do a meet and greet on August 25, 2012 for the bargain price of $3,000 ...
Owls Nest wants DMX to return the $3,000 and pay various expenses to boot ... including $45 for several bottles of gin and $50 for a bartender.
The lesson here ... if a super famous rapper says he'll appear for $3,000 -- it's probably too good to be true.
